Lian Interiors LLC is a full-service interior design firm providing creative services adapted to today’s way of living. With increased use of technology, faster and busier lifestyles, consequently our clients today have higher expectations than ever before. We listen closely and work swiftly so that every stage of the project is satisfied with ease and brings our clients feelings of joy.

We love crafting harmonious, beautiful and functional homes. We help our clients understand the process and create realistic budgets for the results that they want to achieve. We ask, then think and finally create!
ASK
- At the initial meeting we learn all that we can about our clients, their lifestyle, home and special circumstances
- If possible, we walk through the house to be designed and measure the entire residence, if existing drawings are not available
- We also take inventory and measurements of any existing furnishings and art that our clients would like to incorporate into their new home
THINK
- We initiate design development and create a unique design solution
- We come up with a realistic budget alongside our client’s input
- We organize a working project schedule
- We line up possible trades and vendors involved in the design
- Construction Documents created in AutoCAD for the contractor trades
- Furniture, Decorative Lighting and Rug plan
- Finish and Fixture selections for construction
- Furnishing designs presented for approval
CREATE
- Furnishings are procured, inspected and stored until the installation
- Furnishings installed upon construction completion
- The BIG REVEAL! Final personal walk-through with our clients to review their new home first-hand and address any residual concerns
